Urban Planning Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Urban Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to urban development, ensuring projects align with sustainable planning principles, regulatory requirements, and community needs. This role involves overseeing planning initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and managing complex urban design projects from concept to execution.

<b>- Urban Planning & Production Planning:</b> Develop comprehensive urban development plans, integrating efficient land use strategies. <br>

<b>- Project Control & Management:</b> Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful completion. <br>

<b>- Cadastral Surveying & Data Analysis:</b> Utilize surveying methodologies to assess land parcels, zoning regulations, and infrastructure feasibility. <br>
<b>- Analytical & Strategic Development:</b> Conduct research and analysis on urban design trends, regulations, and environmental impact assessments. <br>
<b>- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:</b> Work closely with architects, engineers, government agencies, and community groups to achieve project goals. <br> <b>- Compliance & Policy Adherence:</b> Ensure all urban planning projects comply with local and international standards, environmental policies, and industry regulations. <br> <br> <br>

<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> <br>

• Educational Background: Master's degree in *Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. <br>
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in urban planning and design projects. <br>
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in planning, production planning, project control, and cadastral surveying. <br>
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and engage with stakeholders at various levels. <br>
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex urban challenges.
