• Utilize engineering software such as Procore and Plan Swift for efficient project estimation and cost analysis. <br>
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and construction teams to integrate mechanical solutions. <br>
• Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot mechanical system issues to enhance efficiency. <br>
• Stay updated with advancements in mechanical engineering and recommend improvements for project optimization.

  ✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. <br> ✅ Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in technical office work for construction and infrastructure projects. <br> ✅ Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical system specifications in buildings. <br> ✅ Software Skills: Proficiency in Procore and Plan Swift for project estimation and engineering evaluations. <br> ✅ Communication: Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) to coordinate effectively with teams and clients.
