About the Role

The HSE Manager will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental policies across all project sites. They will ensure compliance with national and international safety regulations, foster a safety-focused culture, and coordinate risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

<b>🔹 Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

  • Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures to maintain workplace safety. <br>
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations. <br>
  • Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations. <br>
  • Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees. <br>
  • Collaborate with project management and stakeholders to enhance safety protocols.
    <br> <br> <br> <b>🔹 Qualifications:</b> <br> <br>
    ✅ Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. <br> ✅ Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, with PV project experience required. <br> ✅ Strong leadership and communication skills. <br> ✅ Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH or OSHA preferred.
