About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to oversee industrial and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical and instrumentation systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of electrical and instrumentation projects within defined timelines and budgets.
<br> - Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and control systems.
<br> - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
<br> - Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and quality standards.
<br> - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop effective solutions.
<br> - Manage communication with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
<br> - Optimize resource allocation and manage project costs effectively.
<br><br>
<b>- Qualifications & Experience:</b> <br>
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
<br> - Minimum 8 years of experience in E&I project management, preferably in industrial, oil & gas, or construction sectors.
<br> - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation technologies.
<br> - Familiarity with international standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA, etc.) and safety regulations.
<br> - Experience in managing PLC/DCS systems, SCADA, and other control systems.
<br> - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and project management software.
<br> - PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
<br> - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
<br> - Valid driving license and ability to travel as needed.

<b>- Preferred Experience:</b> <br>
- Hands-on experience in ARAMCO or GCC oil & gas projects is highly desirable.
