About the Role
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting office operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring efficient workflow. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing reports, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and assisting in day-to-day administrative functions.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Manage office correspondence, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing letters, emails, and reports. <br>
- Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meetings while preparing necessary documentation. <br>
- Maintain organized records and file management for company documents and administrative transactions. <br>
- Assist in administrative support functions such as data entry, document preparation, and internal communication. <br>
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and correspondence to enhance office efficiency. <br>
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and workflow management. <br>
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations to support management decisions. <br>
- Adhere to confidentiality and professionalism in handling company and client information. <br> <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. <br>
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles. <br>
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. <br>
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools. <br>
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. <br>
- Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work under pressure. <br>
- Professional demeanor with high ethical standards and discretion in handling sensitive information.
