Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced <b>Project Manager / Scrum Master</b> to lead strategic initiatives within our Technology department. This dual-role position involves overseeing full project lifecycles from initiation to delivery while also driving Agile methodologies to support high-performing development teams. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution, continuous improvement, and alignment with business goals. This role is essential to maintaining momentum across projects in a fast-paced, fintech-focused environment.

<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Manage the end-to-end execution of strategic projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. <br>
• Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. <br>
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, product owners, and other departments to maintain clear and effective communication. <br>
• Proactively identify project risks and implement timely mitigation strategies. <br>
• Track and report on project progress using tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar. <br>
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement. <br>
• Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices and principles. <br>
• Drive process enhancements and promote Agile maturity within the organization. <br>
• Ensure the removal of project impediments to keep teams on track and aligned with project goals. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. <br>
• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Quality Assurance and Agile methodologies. <br>
• Proven experience in the fintech or banking industry. <br>
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required. <br>
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. <br>
• Experience using Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Microsoft Project. <br>
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership capabilities. <br>
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders. <br>
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and quality assurance principles. <br>
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
