Full Stack Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced <b>Full Stack Architect</b> to lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and integration of backend systems and mobile application services within a fast-paced fintech environment. This critical role focuses on enabling business agility, ensuring robust integration with third-party financial systems, and driving secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions across our platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals and ensure regulatory and security compliance throughout the system lifecycle.

<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Architect and oversee backend infrastructure supporting mobile and financial applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. <br>
• Develop APIs, microservices, and backend systems to integrate internal and third-party financial services, payment gateways, and banking platforms. <br>
• Lead system integration initiatives, ensuring seamless and secure data flow across services. <br>
• Ensure full compliance with fintech security and regulatory standards. <br>
• Collaborate with development, product, and security teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. <br>
• Optimize system performance using monitoring, logging, and automated testing practices. <br>
• Promote DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native solution design. <br>
• Document architecture frameworks, integration workflows, and security policies. <br>
• Stay ahead of fintech trends, backend innovations, and emerging technologies. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. <br>
• 5/8 years of experience in system or solution architecture, ideally within fintech. <br>
• Strong hands-on experience with financial APIs, payment systems, and banking integrations. <br>
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Go, Ruby, or C#. <br>
• Expert knowledge in API design (RESTful, GraphQL), microservices, and event-driven architectures. <br>
• Deep experience with authentication/security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect). <br>
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). <br>
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines). <br>
• Strong database management experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB). <br>
• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). <br>
• Certifications in cloud architecture, security, or backend development are preferred. <br>
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth fintech environment. <br>
• Experience with wallet or core banking systems is a plus.
