We are seeking a highly professional, well-organized, and customer-focused <b>Receptionist</b> to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing salon appointments, maintaining client relations, and ensuring seamless front desk operations.
Requirements

<b>- Client Interaction:</b> Greet clients warmly and provide them with relevant information about our services. <br>
<b>- Appointment Management:</b> Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments efficiently using our booking system. <br>
<b>- Administrative Support:</b> Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate records. <br>
<b>- Payments & Transactions:</b> Process customer payments and ensure financial records are updated. <br>
<b>- Salon Environment:</b> Uphold cleanliness and professional presentation at the reception area. <br>
<b>- Customer Experience:</b> Assist in creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for clients. <br> <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service or receptionist roles, preferably in a beauty or wellness setting. <br>
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor. <br>
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with grace and efficiency. <br>
- Familiarity with booking systems and general computer proficiency. <br>
- Fluency in Arabic & English is preferred. <br> <br> <br>
