A pre-opening multidisciplinary backspace in New Cairo, Egypt under a dynamic homegrown group behind standout concepts in UAE.

Requirements

<b> Key Responsibilities: </b> <br> <br>

  • Oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of all bakery items, ensuring quality and consistency. <br>
  • Create and refine baked goods recipes, introduce seasonal offerings, and innovate based on customer trends. <br>
  • Monitor ingredient levels, manage supplier orders, and control food costs and waste. <br>
  • Lead and train the bakery team, enforce hygiene standards, and maintain a safe, efficient kitchen environment. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
  • Open to Asian nationals, 35 years old and below <br>
  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary, Pastry, Baking, or related field <br>
  • At least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry <br>
  • Overseas candidates are welcome to apply; joining ticket and visa will be paid for by the company
