About the Role

Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the hot kitchen, ensuring timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation. <br>
- Design, develop, and update hot kitchen menus in line with culinary trends, cost-efficiency, and customer preferences. <br>
- Manage kitchen staff performance, including training, scheduling, and maintaining discipline and hygiene standards. <br>
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control of ingredients. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
- Open to Asians, 35 years and below <br>
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field <br>
- At least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry <br>
