The <b>Speech and Swallowing Specialist</b> will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The specialist will work closely with medical teams, rehabilitation therapists, and caregivers to develop individualized treatment plans and improve patient outcomes. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Compensation & Benefits:</b> <br> <br> <b>- Salary range:</b> 7500 – 8500 SAR (based on experience and qualifications) <br>

Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose swallowing and communication disorders <br>
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients requiring speech therapy or swallowing rehabilitation <br>
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to improve swallowing safety and communication abilities <br>
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation therapists, to ensure holistic patient care <br>
- Maintain accurate patient records and document progress throughout the treatment process <br>
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in speech-language pathology and swallowing therapy
<br> <br> <br> <b>- Required Qualifications:</b> <br> <br> - Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field <br>
- Minimum of one year of experience in speech therapy, with a particular focus on swallowing disorders <br>
- Valid medical license required
- Proficiency in English language for effective communication in a medical setting <br>
- Ability to start immediately
