<b>- Team Leadership & Quality Control:</b> Supervise content creators, review and refine their work to maintain brand quality and voice. <br>
<b>- Performance Optimization:</b> Track campaign effectiveness using analytics tools, adjusting content strategies to maximize reach and audience interaction.

• Minimum <b>two years</b> of experience in creative content creation and social media management. <br>
