Signage Workshop Manager

As a Signage Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the signage production process, ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership to guide a team of technicians, manage resources, and optimize workflow. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards and industry best practices.

• Lead a team of technicians and craftsmen in signage fabrication, installation, and maintenance. <br>
• Develop work schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of projects. <br>
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. <br>
• Coordinate with sales and production teams to streamline workflow.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a signage workshop management role. <br>
• Strong leadership skills and hands-on knowledge of fabrication techniques. <br>
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
