About the Role

Requirements

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

  • Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and systematic arrangement of inventory within the store. <br>
  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods, ensuring accurate documentation. <br>
  • Maintain stock records, update inventory reports, and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies. <br>
  • Prepare and arrange materials and goods for dispatch as per daily schedules. <br>
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to facilitate smooth logistics and timely deliveries. <br>
  • Support procurement operations by monitoring stock levels and reporting replenishment needs. <br>
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing and record-keeping. <br> <br> <br>

<b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br>

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Excel, Word, and other inventory management software. <br>
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, such as Storekeeper or Store Assistant, within logistics, retail, or warehouse management. <br>
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to maintain orderliness in inventory storage and operational workflow. <br>
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately manage stock records and assist in financial documentation. <br>
  • Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal skills for coordination with suppliers, drivers, and store personnel. <br>
  • Physical Stamina: Capability to handle manual tasks like lifting, sorting, and stocking inventory.
