About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Pre Sales Engineer with deep understanding and experience in dealing with Kuwait's Oil & Gas sector, specifically KOC (Kuwait Oil Company), KNPC (Kuwait National Petroleum Company), and KIPIC (Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and client needs, playing a critical role in technical proposal preparation, client presentations, and project acquisition. <br> <br> <br>

Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) from K- sector clients and develop compliant technical & commercial proposals. <br>

Preparation of BOQs and technical documentation. <br>

Should be able to work independently for tenders <br>

Maintain and develop strong relationships with technical and procurement teams in KOC, KNPC, and KIPIC. <br>

Support commercial team during the bidding phase including scope clarifications, compliance checks, and technical evaluations. <br>

Stay updated on current and upcoming KOC, KNPC, and KIPIC projects, standards, and specifications. <br>

Collaborate with OEMs and internal engineering teams to ensure accurate and competitive solutions. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Required Qualifications:</b> <br> <br>

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field). <br>

Minimum 2/4 years of experience in a similar pre- sales or technical support role. <br>

Strong understanding of Oil & Gas processes, project requirements, and tendering procedures in the Kuwaiti market. <br>

Proven track record of handling KOC, KNPC, or KIPIC projects or tenders. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Skills & Competencies:</b> <br> <br>
