Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail- oriented Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. This role plays a critical part in managing logistics, warehousing, and material management functions across the group, including both local and international operations.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Oversee and support end- to- end logistics and warehouse activities for the group, ensuring smooth material movement from receipt to delivery. <br>

• Manage import and local shipment processes, including obtaining necessary online approvals from local authorities (Ministry of Environment, QAS, etc.), especially for DG materials. <br>

• Collaborate with warehouse operations to monitor inventory, delivery timelines, and process improvements. <br>

• Support the Supply Chain Manager in special projects and strategic initiatives. <br>

• Act as a change agent, leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. <br>

• Coordinate closely with clearing agents and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries. <br> Evaluate supply chain performance and recommend improvements in materials, supplies, and quality. <br>

• Maintain strong relationships internally and externally to support business goals. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br> <br>

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business Studies, or related field. <br>

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated progression. <br> Experience handling DG/Chemical materials is a plus. <br>

• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required. <br>

• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. <br>

• Effective communicator with experience navigating authority protocols.
