Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage inquiries professionally. <br>
- Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office records. <br>
- Document Handling: Prepare, organize, and file important documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. <br>
- Communication Coordination: Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communications efficiently. <br>
- Office Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, ensuring smooth daily operations. <br>
- Support to Management: Provide assistance to executives and staff with administrative tasks as needed. <br> <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
<b>- Education:</b> Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. <br>
<b>- Communication Skills:</b> Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written). <br>
