Business Development Manager

• Build, update, and optimize a customer database (CRM), initiate contact with clients, and develop long- term client relationships. <br>

• Set digital marketing budgets and quarterly content plans, and conduct demand forecasts for management approval. <br>

• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, general coordinator, service advisors) to ensure lead management effectiveness. <br>

• Perform competitor analysis, track visit metrics, and provide regular updates and sales presentations to the workshop general manager. <br><br><br> <b>- QUALIFICATIONS:</b> <br> <br>

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent). <br>

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. <br>

• Advanced knowledge of key competitors in the Qatari market. <br>

• Proven expertise in business development and sales within the relevant industry. <br>

• Strong commercial management capabilities. <br>

• Demonstrated ability in strategic business development. <br>

• Excellent customer handling and relationship management skills. <br>

• Strong coordination and organizational abilities. <br>
