About the Role
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors, and ensuring smooth office communication. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining administrative efficiency.
Requirements
<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Greet & Assist Visitors: Welcome clients and guests warmly, provide necessary information, and direct them to the appropriate departments. <br>
- Handle Incoming Calls & Emails: Manage phone calls, forward inquiries, and respond professionally to emails. <br>
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, maintain an organized calendar, and assist in scheduling appointments. <br>
- Office Administration: Maintain records, organize files, and ensure office supplies are stocked. <br>
- Guest & Staff Coordination: Support office personnel, ensure smooth communication between departments, and assist in basic administrative tasks. <br>
- Reception Area Management: Keep the front desk area neat and presentable at all times.
<br> <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br> - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred. <br>
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus). <br>
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools. <br>
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and excellent organizational skills. <br>
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain composure under pressure. <br> <br> <br>
