Civil Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Civil Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure smooth execution of site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction crews, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Project Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards. <br>
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise construction workers, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company policies. <br>
• Safety Compliance: Educate staff on safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and enforce workplace safety measures. <br>
• Quality Control: Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards. <br>
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce to optimize efficiency and minimize delays. <br>
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and compliance documentation. <br>
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and management to ensure seamless project execution.

  <b>- Experience:</b> Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction supervision. <br>
  <b>- Education:</b> Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred). <br>
  <b>- Skills:</b> Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. <br> <b>- Knowledge:</b> Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, and project management principles.
