Steel Structure QC

We are seeking a highly skilled Steel Structure QC Inspector with experience in Aramco projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural steel inspection, welding, fabrication, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with Aramco standards.

<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Conduct inspections of steel structures, welding, and fabrication to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Review and interpret technical drawings, welding procedures, and project requirements.
  <br>
• Monitor and verify welding activities, including pre weld, in process, and post weld inspections.
  <br>
• Ensure compliance with Aramco quality standards, codes, and procedures.
  <br>
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain quality records.
  <br>
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) as required.
  <br>
• Identify and report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
  <br>
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and site teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  <br>
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.

<b>- Requirements: <b><br>

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in steel structure quality control in industrial or construction projects.
  <br>
• Experience working on Aramco projects is mandatory.
  <br>
• Strong knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME, API) and structural steel codes.
  <br>
• Certification in CSWIP 3.1 / AWS CWI or equivalent is highly preferred.
  <br>
• Familiarity with NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, RT) is a plus.
  <br>
• Proficiency in quality documentation, reporting, and Aramco inspection procedures.
  <br>
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  <br>
• Transferable Iqama is required.
