Requirements

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries using CRM tools. <br>
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to customers in a clear and accessible manner. <br>
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns and improve overall service delivery. <br>
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and maintain positive relationships. <br>
- Efficiently manage multiple customer requests while adhering to company guidelines and service standards. <br>

<b>- Required Qualifications:</b> <br> <br>
✅ Educational Background: High school diploma or higher education in business administration, communication, or a related field. <br>
✅ Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer support or a related role. <br>
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), basic troubleshooting, and CRM tools. <br>
✅ Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written). <br>
✅ Time Management & Problem-Solving: Ability to handle multiple tasks, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and meet deadlines. <br>
✅ Adaptability: Capable of working under pressure, managing workload effectively, and demonstrating professionalism. <br>
✅ Tech-Savviness: Good understanding of digital tools and technology, with the ability to explain system updates to customers.
