Requirements

🔹 Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand the customer base. <br>
🔹 Operational Oversight: Supervise daily business functions, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency across departments. <br>
🔹 Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and operations team to enhance performance and motivation. <br>
🔹 Customer Relations: Build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored product solutions. <br>
🔹 Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for business growth. <br>
