• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines. <br>
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. <br>
• Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow. <br>
• Communicate with property owners and tenants to understand their requirements and adjust work orders accordingly. <br>
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and client expectations. <br>
• Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring availability for ongoing tasks. <br>
• Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain productivity. <br>
• Ensure proper documentation of work progress, incidents, and site reports.
