<b>Job Description:</b> <br> <br>

• Drive the development and execution of group-wide data initiatives, integrating AI for predictive modelling, automation, and personalized solutions aligned with institutional goals. <br>
• Manage SMS and ERP platforms, ensure smooth system integration, secure data access, and high system performance across schools. <br>
• Create AI-enhanced KPI dashboards and generate automated, compliant reports using tools like Power BI/Tableau to support strategic, real-time decision-making. <br>
• Leverage AI for applicant tracking, marketing ROI analysis, and centralized data to optimize recruitment, retention, and campaign strategies. <br> <br> <br>

<b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br>

• 40 years and below <br>
• Graduate of Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field <br>
• At least 3 years of experience managing enterprise data systems and AI initiatives, preferably in an educational or multi-site environment <br>
