Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Accurately input and update company data into relevant systems and databases <br>
- Maintain and organize records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality <br>
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate reports, track records, and analyze data effectively <br>
- Assist with general administrative duties such as document preparation, filing, and email correspondence <br>
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency <br>
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness <br>
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed <br> <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
- Education: Diploma in Business Administration or related field <br>
- Experience: Minimum of six months in an administrative or data entry role <br>
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and data management software <br>
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities <br>
- Work Schedule: Six days per week
