Site Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a major Stormwater project in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be a Civil Engineer with proven experience in utilities and stormwater infrastructure projects within the UAE, preferably involving the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and maintaining the project’s progress as per schedule and quality standards.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Supervise and manage daily site operations for stormwater and utilities-related works. <br>
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements. <br>
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant government authorities including RTA. <br>
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular site reports. <br>
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. <br>
• Resolve technical issues and provide support to the construction team. <br>
• Assist in preparing method statements, inspection requests, and as-built drawings. <br>
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and availability of equipment. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. <br>
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in stormwater, drainage, and utilities projects. <br>
• Experience with RTA projects is highly preferred. <br>
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, standards, and practices. <br>
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. <br>
• Excellent communication and coordination skills. <br>
• Ability to work independently and under pressure. <br>
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. <br> <br> <br>
