Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br> <b>- Project Schedule Development:</b> <br>
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, in alignment with project scope, milestones, and contractual requirements. <br> <br> <b>- Progress Monitoring & Reporting:</b> <br>
- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and generate regular progress reports (weekly/monthly) including look-aheads, S-curves, and critical path analysis. <br> <br> <b>- Delay Analysis:</b> <br>
- Identify schedule deviations, analyze delays, and recommend corrective/preventive actions to mitigate schedule risks. <br> <br> <b>- Resource & Cost Loading:</b> <br>
- Integrate resource and cost loading into the P6 schedule and assist with resource leveling to optimize performance. <br> <br> <b>- Interface Coordination:</b> <br>
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment of all schedules and deliverables. <br> <br> <b>- Baseline and Forecasting:</b> <br> <br>
- Establish project schedule baselines and maintain forecasting schedules in line with change orders, variation requests, and updated project plans. <br> <br> <b>- Planning Support:</b> <br>
- Support tender planning, claims preparation, and scenario planning as required by the project controls or contracts teams. <br> <br> <b>- Compliance & Standards:</b> <br> <br>
- Ensure all planning work adheres to internal standards and client-specific project control procedures. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br> <b>- Education:</b> <br>
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. <br> <br> <b>- Experience:</b> <br>
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in infrastructure, building, or MEP engineering projects. <br> <br> <b>- Technical Skills:</b> <br>
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6. <br>
- Familiarity with MS Project, Excel (advanced), and reporting tools like Power BI (optional). <br>
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) is an asset. <br> <br> <b>- Communication:</b> <br> Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present complex schedule data to stakeholders clearly. <br> <br> <b>- Analytical Thinking:</b> <br>
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze schedules and recommend actionable improvements. <br>
- Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): PMI-SP, PSP (AACE), or other relevant project control certifications.
