About the Role
A leading car dealership in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial customer engagement to finalizing deals, ensuring an outstanding experience for buyers.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Customer Engagement & Consultation: <br> Greet potential customers, assess their needs, and provide professional consultations regarding available car models, features, and pricing options. <br>
- Product Knowledge & Demonstration:<br> Explain vehicle specifications, performance, financing options, and additional services. Conduct test drives to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. <br>
- Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure:<br> Guide customers through the purchasing process, negotiate pricing and financing terms, and finalize transactions to achieve sales targets. <br>
- Client Relationship Management:<br> Maintain ongoing communication with customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term relationships. <br>
- Market Analysis & Target Achievement:<br> Track sales performance against company goals, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to improve sales conversions. <br>
- Documentation & Compliance:<br> Handle necessary paperwork, including contracts, warranties, and registration documents, while ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. <br><br> <br>
<b>- Required Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br><br>
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. <br>
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service. <br>
- Knowledge of car models, specifications, financing, and insurance options is a plus. <br>
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. <br>
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
