BIM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist to join our dynamic engineering consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital 3D models and enhancing the efficiency of the construction process through detailed modelling and data management.

<b>- Responsibilities:</b> <br>

– Develop and maintain intricate 3D models of infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks <br> – Collaborate seamlessly with engineers, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient information exchange throughout the project lifecycle. <br> – Conduct thorough quality checks on BIM models and update the BIM database to maintain data integrity. <br> – Implement and manage BIM processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards, building codes, and protocols. <br> – Detect and resolve clashes or conflicts in design elements using advanced clash detection tools, minimizing construction delays and cost overruns. <br> – Assist in project cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation through the effective utilization of BIM data. <br> – Generate precise construction drawings, schedules, and project documents directly from BIM models, improving project communication and efficiency. <br> – Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. <br> <br> <br>

<b>- Requirements:</b> <br> – Participate in project meetings and presentations to communicate BIM strategies, updates, and project progress. <br> – Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field (Architecture, Engineering, or any related field). <br> – Minimum of 10 years of experience in the same field. <br> – Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is a plus.
