AC Technician

Fornax Global is urgently hiring experienced AC Technicians for a long-term construction project in Ras Laffan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems within construction environments. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including split, ducted, and central air conditioning units. <br>
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in AC systems. <br>
• Perform routine inspections to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. <br>
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. <br>
• Work collaboratively with construction teams to ensure proper AC system integration. <br>
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while performing tasks. <br>
• Maintain accurate service records and report issues to supervisors. <br> <br> <br>

<b>- Required Qualifications & Experience:</b> <br> <br>

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AC installation and maintenance within construction projects. <br>
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration cycles. <br>
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. <br>
• Familiarity with Qatar’s safety regulations and industry standards. <br>
• Valid QID (Qatar ID) is required. <br>
• Preference for freelancers with immediate availability.
