About the Role

We are currently looking for a Country Manager (FM) for our client, an FM service provider in the region. The role will be responsible for managing all facilities management business operations in the State of Kuwait, develop business strategies, oversee daily operations, manage budgets, lead the local team, ensure compliance, and build strong relationships with key and future clients. Essentially, the face of the company in Kuwait, responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

<b>Requirements:</b> <br> <br>

  • BSc degree from an accredited university
  • Progressive experience in the Facility Management field with strong sales experience <br>
  • Proven commercial growth in current and previous roles with the ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation. <br>
  • Affiliation to a professional institution is preferred <br>
  • Knowledge of facilities management processes and procedures <br>
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication skills IS A MUST
