About the Role
Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a <b>Customer Service Executive</b> to be based in <b>Dubai</b>. <br> <br> Please note that due to Emiratization, only <b>UAE Nationals</b> with Family Book can be considered for this role. <br> <br> Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Ensure an efficient service to customers by responding promptly and effectively to all customer queries. <br>
- Efficient handling of inquiries by telephone, mail, fax, and e-mail. <br>
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. <br>
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies. <br>
- Prepare reports as needed for management. <br> <br> <br>

- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus. <br>
