The Call Center Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting company products. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
<b>- Customer Support & Issue Resolution:</b> <br>

  • Receive and handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently. <br>
  • Address inquiries related to products, services, and order tracking. <br>
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
    <br> <br> <b>- Product Promotion & Marketing:</b> <br>
  • Introduce and promote company products through phone interactions. <br>
  • Provide detailed information on offers, new arrivals, and seasonal promotions. <br>
  • Guide customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs. <br> <br>

<b>- Data Management & Reporting:</b> <br> <br>

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. <br>
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve customer service processes. <br>
  • Report recurring issues to management for better service optimization. <br> <br> <br>

<b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br>

  • Nationality: <b>Saudi Citizen</b> (mandatory). <br> <b>- Experience:</b> Preferred experience between 6 months to 1 year in a call center, customer service, or related field. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Skills:</b> <br> <br>
    • Strong verbal communication skills. <br>
    • Ability to handle complaints professionally. <br>
    • Basic knowledge of marketing strategies. <br>
    • Proficiency in using call center software or CRM systems is a plus.
