Density Coffee is seeking a passionate and skilled <b>Barista</b> to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires a blend of technical skill, attention to detail, and a warm, customer-centric approach.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and cold brews, following established recipes and standards. <br>
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing stations. <br>
• Engage with customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. <br>
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in work areas, including counters, machines, utensils, and storage spaces. <br>
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and report any shortages to management. <br>
• Uphold food safety standards and comply with all company policies. <br>
• Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. <br>
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. <br>
• Assist in promotional events and seasonal menu rollouts when required. <br> <br> <br>

<b>- Required Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br> <br>

• Previous experience as a barista or in a hospitality-related role is preferred. <br>
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art is an advantage. <br>
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. <br>
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. <br>
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations. <br>
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and menu offerings.
