Junior Accountant

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with routine accounting operations. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Benefits:</b> <br> <br>

• Data Entry & Financial Records: <br> Accurately input financial data, maintain organized records, and ensure compliance with company policies. <br>
• Invoice Processing: <br> Handle invoice preparation, verification, and payment processing while ensuring accuracy and timely execution. <br>
• Accounts Reconciliation: <br> Assist in reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and resolving discrepancies in financial statements. <br>
• Financial Reporting: <br> Support the preparation of periodic financial reports, summaries, and documentation for management review. <br>
• Expense Tracking & Budgeting: <br> Monitor and record company expenses, support budgeting processes, and ensure cost-effective financial operations. <br>
• Compliance & Audit Support: <br> Ensure adherence to financial regulations and assist in internal and external audits as required. <br>
• General Accounting Assistance: <br> Provide administrative support in day-to-day accounting operations, including bank reconciliations and payroll support.

• Education: <br> Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. <br>
• Technical Skills: <br> Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software is highly desirable. <br>
• Experience: <br> Prior experience in an accounting role is a plus, but fresh graduates with a solid understanding of accounting principles are encouraged to apply. <br>
• Attention to Detail: <br> High accuracy in data processing and financial documentation. <br>
• Analytical Skills: <br> Ability to analyze financial data and contribute to strategic financial decisions. <br>
