Sales Supervisor

Lead and support the sales team, manage targets, and ensure high service standards.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Sales & Customer Engagement: <br> Assist customers in choosing products, provide product knowledge, and drive customer satisfaction. <br>
• Target Achievement: <br> Work towards achieving personal and team sales targets. <br>
• Stock & Display Management: <br> Ensure merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing. <br>
• Transaction Handling: <br> Accurately process purchases, refunds, and discounts (cashier role). <br>
• Team Collaboration: <br> Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations. <br>
• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work in night-to-night shifts within a dynamic retail environment. <br> <br> <br>
