Program Manager | AI & Data

The Program Manager – AI and Data Governance will be responsible for overseeing large-scale AI and data-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with ethical principles, regulatory compliance, and strategic business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of AI governance, data classification, and continuous integration strategies for AI models. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program and project management, with a strong background in machine learning and data governance frameworks.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
<b>- Program Leadership & Strategy:</b> <br>

• Lead and manage AI and data governance programs, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals. <br>
• Develop and implement strategies for AI model integration, continuous delivery, and monitoring. <br>
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data protection regulations.
  <br> <b>- AI & Data Governance Implementation:</b> <br>
• Define and enforce data classification standards and governance policies. <br>
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI models adhere to ethical principles and regulatory requirements. <br>
• Oversee risk management strategies related to AI deployment and data governance. <br>

<b>- Project Management & Execution:</b> <br>

• Manage multiple AI and data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization. <br>
• Utilize project management methodologies to track progress, mitigate risks, and drive efficiency. <br>
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including legal, security, and compliance teams, to address regulatory challenges.
  <br> <b>- Stakeholder & Vendor Management:</b> <br>
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align AI governance initiatives with business objectives. <br>
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants for AI solutions and data governance tools. <br>
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote AI governance best practices across the organization.
  <br> <br> <b>- Required Qualifications:</b> <br> <br>
  • Education: <br>
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. <br>
• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  <br> <br> <b>- Experience:</b> <br> <br>
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management of large-scale AI or data-related initiatives. <br>
• Proven track record of managing AI governance frameworks and data classification strategies.
  <br> <br> <br> <b>- Technical & Professional Skills:</b> <br> <br>
• Strong knowledge of AI ethical principles, data governance, and compliance frameworks. <br>
• Expertise in machine learning, project management methodologies, and AI model lifecycle management. <br>
• Familiarity with data protection laws, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies. <br>
• Experience working with AI governance tools and platforms. <br> <br> <br>
