About the Role
The Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring accurate salary calculations, compliance with labor laws, and handling employee compensation matters efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, financial expertise, and proficiency in payroll systems.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Payroll Processing: Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, overtime, and benefits in accordance with company policies and labor regulations. <br>
- Salary Disbursement: Prepare payroll reports, validate payment accuracy, and coordinate salary transfers to employee accounts. <br>
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure payroll procedures comply with Saudi labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. <br>
- Employee Records: Maintain confidential employee payroll data, including salary structures, benefits, deductions, and attendance records. <br>
- Payroll System Management: Utilize payroll software to process salary payments, generate reports, and handle system updates. <br>
- Coordination with HR & Finance: Collaborate with HR to address employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and deductions. Work closely with finance teams for auditing payroll transactions. <br>
- End-of-Service Benefits: Calculate gratuity, final settlements, and other compensations for departing employees as per legal requirements. <br>
- Payroll Reporting: Prepare detailed payroll summaries, tax filings, and financial reports for management review. <br>
- Problem Resolution: Address payroll discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of salary-related issues.
<br> <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications & Education:</b> <br> <br> - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or Accounting. <br>
- Minimum one year of relevant payroll experience. <br>
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and payroll compliance regulations. <br>
- Experience with payroll software and accounting systems is preferred.

- Data Management: Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality. <br>
- Software Proficiency: Experience using payroll systems like SAP, Oracle, or other HRMS software. <br>
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data and solve payroll discrepancies efficiently. <br>
- Communication & Coordination: Strong ability to liaise with HR and finance teams while addressing employee concerns. <br>
- Problem-Solving: Quick and effective resolution of payroll-related issues.
