Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer specializing in finishing works to oversee and manage the final stages of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-end finishing, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely completion of projects.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Project Management: Supervise and coordinate finishing works, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. <br>
• Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards. <br>
• Technical Expertise: Oversee finishing activities such as masonry, tiling, painting, stone cladding, false ceiling, façade works, waterproofing, and interior finishing. <br>
• Coordination: Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. <br>
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct audits to maintain a secure work environment. <br>
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare project reports, and ensure proper documentation of finishing activities. <br>
• Material Selection & Procurement: Ensure the use of high-quality materials and manage procurement processes efficiently. <br>
• Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. <br>
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in finishing and fit-out projects. <br>
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and sustainable building practices. <br>
• Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, BIM software, and project management tools. <br>
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. <br>
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to liaise with teams and stakeholders effectively. <br>
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high-quality finishing standards in construction projects.

• Previous work on high-rise residential or commercial projects. <br>
• Expertise in structural steel fabrication and erection. <br>
• Experience in luxury finishing for hotels, malls, and resorts.
