About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Time Keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing timekeeping records and entering essential data to support workforce operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring precise tracking of employee work hours, attendance, and payroll processing.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Maintain and update employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. <br>
- Process daily, weekly, and monthly timekeeping reports for management review. <br>
- Coordinate with HR and payroll departments to ensure correct calculations of work hours, overtime, and deductions. <br>
- Verify employee timesheets and resolve discrepancies in reported hours. <br>
- Manage data entry related to work schedules, leaves, and shift adjustments. <br>
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of employee timekeeping records. <br>
- Support administrative tasks related to workforce management as needed. <br> <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications & Experience:</b> <br> <br>
- Male candidates only. <br>
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. <br>
- Minimum of 3 Years experience in a similar timekeeping or data entry role. <br>
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong data management skills. <br>
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. <br>
- Excellent organizational and communication skills. <br>
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
