Market Supervisor

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Market Supervisor – Supply Chain Coordination to manage day-to-day order flow, customer communication, and supply coordination in the paper and board sector. This role acts as the key liaison between commercial teams, production planning, logistics partners, and customers ensuring smooth processing of orders from quotation to delivery.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Customer Coordination: <br> ++ Serve as the main point of contact for customers within assigned markets; ensure timely communication, accurate order processing, and high customer satisfaction. <br>
• Order Management: <br> ++ Oversee the complete order cycle, including order entry, confirmations, changes, and follow-ups, while ensuring alignment with production planning and delivery schedules. <br>
• Issue Resolution: <br> ++ Proactively manage and resolve order-related issues such as delays, product availability, transportation challenges, or documentation needs. <br>
• Market Oversight: <br> ++ Monitor and report on order status and service levels for assigned markets; flag and escalate potential risks to supply chain continuity. <br>
• Collaboration: <br> ++ Work closely with sales teams, production planners, and logistics coordinators to align customer needs with production and delivery capabilities. <br>
• Documentation & Compliance: <br> ++ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipping documents, customer-specific requirements, and trade compliance procedures. <br>
• Process Improvement: <br> ++ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in customer service and supply chain coordination workflows. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
• Fluent in English and French <br>
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. <br>
• 3+ years’ experience in customer service or supply chain coordination, ideally in the paper, packaging, or manufacturing industry. <br>
• Strong understanding of order-to-delivery processes, including export and logistics documentation. <br>
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset. <br>
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.
