Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-up <br>
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers <br>
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships <br>
- Reach out to customer leads through various communication channels <br>
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services <br>
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule <br>
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments <br>
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends <br>
- Submit reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer feedback <br> <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role <br>
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) <br>
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business relationships <br>
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales <br>
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
