Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Greet members and visitors warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere. <br>
- Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and report back to the management about any specifics required. <br>
- Ensure the cleanliness and perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation organization of the front desk area. <br>
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings as needed <br>
- Assist in managing concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. <br>
- Collaborate with the management team to support the company goals and provide feedback on what is needed. <br> <br> <br>
<b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related customer service role. <br>
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <br>
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. <br>
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. <br>
- Professional appearance and demeanor. <br>
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed, including evenings and weekends
