Electrical Foreman

A leading construction company is seeking a qualified Electrical Foreman with an Electrical License and MTC experience to oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and safety compliance on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team of electricians efficiently.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and electrical workers on site. <br>
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with local regulations, safety codes, and industry standards. <br>
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide electrical work. <br>
• Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical projects to ensure timely completion. <br>
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to prevent hazards. <br>
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently. <br>
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow. <br>
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress. <br>
• Train and mentor junior electricians to enhance their technical skills.

  ✅ </b>Electrical License</b> (Mandatory) <br>
  ✅ <b>MTC Experience</b> (Preferred) <br>
  ✅ Minimum <b>5 years of experience</b> in electrical supervision within the construction industry. <br> ✅ Strong knowledge of <b>electrical systems, wiring, and safety regulations</b>. <br>
