Barista

As a <b>Barista</b>, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and contribute to a welcoming café environment.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
✅ Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages. <br> ✅ Operate and maintain coffee machines and brewing equipment. <br>
✅ Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences. <br> ✅ Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and quality of beverages. <br>
✅ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café area. <br> ✅ Manage stock levels and report inventory needs. <br> ✅ Process payments and handle transactions efficiently. <br>
✅ Stay updated on coffee trends and brewing techniques.

✔ Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred. <br>
✔ Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and equipment. <br> ✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills. <br> ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. <br> ✔ Attention to detail and commitment to quality. <br>
✔ Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
