Barista

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Baristas to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about coffee preparation, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards <br>
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently <br>
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations <br>
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent service <br>
• Take orders accurately and process transactions using the point-of-sale system <br>
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols <br>
• Manage inventory and restock ingredients as needed <br>
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance their experience <br>
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
