Pre-Sales Engineer | CCTV | LV

We are seeking a skilled Pre Sales Engineer specializing in CCTV and Low Voltage (LV) systems to join our team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. This role involves providing technical expertise, developing proposals, and supporting sales activities to ensure the successful implementation of security and surveillance solutions.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for CCTV and LV systems. <br>
• Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits. <br>
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to recommend optimal system configurations. <br>
• Provide pre sales support, including technical consultations and feasibility analysis. <br>
• Assist in preparing bid documents, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and pricing for projects. <br>
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to enhance solution effectiveness. <br>
• Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless implementation of proposed solutions. <br>
• Train and educate clients on system usage and maintenance. <br> <br> <br>

<b>- Requirements:</b> <br> <br>

• Proven experience in pre-sales engineering for CCTV and LV systems. <br>
• Strong knowledge of security and surveillance technologies, including IP cameras, access control, and network systems. <br>
• Ability to develop technical proposals, conduct demonstrations, and support sales initiatives. <br>
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English. <br>
