Assistant Engineer | Maintenance

With a commitment to quality and excellence, we serve both local and international markets. <br><br> The <b>Assistant Engineer | Maintenance</b> will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of EPS manufacturing equipment, with a strong focus on boiler troubleshooting and maintenance. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the engineering and production teams.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on EPS manufacturing machinery, including boilers, molding machines, and CNC thermoset equipment. <br>
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance. <br>
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues related to production equipment. <br>
• Maintain boiler systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency. <br>
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve machine reliability and efficiency. <br>
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in all maintenance activities. <br>
• Keep detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment performance. <br>
• Assist in installing and commissioning new equipment as required. <br>
• Provide technical support and training to machine operators on proper equipment usage and maintenance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). <br>
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an EPS manufacturing company. <br>
• Extensive knowledge of boiler troubleshooting and maintenance. <br>
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in industrial settings. <br>
• Experience with EPS molding machines, CNC thermoset machines, and related equipment is preferred. <br>
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. <br>
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. <br>
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. <br>
• Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
