We are seeking a highly organized <b>Orders Fulfillment Officer</b> to manage the complete order processing cycle and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics, inventory control, and coordination with delivery teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

<b>- Salary:</b> 200 KD per month<br>
<b>- Working Timing:</b> 6 Days a Week | 8 Hour Shifts | 1 day off
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
<b>- Order Processing & Coordination:</b> <br>
- Oversee the end to end fulfillment process, ensuring seamless order management from receipt to delivery. <br>
- Verify and process orders in the system, ensuring accuracy in product selection and packaging. <br>
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, ensuring smooth picking, packing, and dispatching of goods. <br>
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any potential delays.
<br> <br> <b>- Logistics & Inventory Management:</b> <br> - Maintain updated inventory records, tracking stock levels to avoid shortages or delays. <br>
- Work closely with the procurement team to assist in restocking essential items when needed. <br>
- Ensure orders are dispatched correctly while handling driver coordination and route optimization for timely deliveries. <br>
- Knowledge of Kuwait’s geographic areas to efficiently plan delivery schedules and manage logistics.
<br> <br> <b>- Documentation & Reporting:</b> <br> - Maintain detailed records of orders, shipments, and fulfillment timelines. <br>
- Prepare and update daily reports on pending, completed, and canceled orders. <br>
- Assist in analyzing order trends to improve efficiency and streamline processes. <br> <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br> <br>
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management. <br>
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. <br>
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate effectively with different teams. <br>
- Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). <br>
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, responding promptly to high volume orders. <br>
- Problem-solving ability to handle discrepancies in inventory and delivery issues proactively. <br>
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in processing and dispatching customer orders. <br> <br> <br>
